The Industrial Park has industrial utilities, overhead cranes, high bay ceilings and concrete floors. The facility has truck and rail scales, our rail service/storage is customer oriented. GIP is provided service by both Norfolk Southern and ATN/CSX. Zoning allows for warehousing, light and heavy manufacturing. The facility resides in an Alabama enterprise zone, which enable prospective tenants to take advantage of state and municipal support programs.

Gadsden Industrial Park’s railcar service consists of 18 miles of recently upgraded tracks. There are several locomotives on site for switching needs. Certain rail spurs can handle loaded railcars, as well as, empty. Hazardous railcar materials are considered under certain circumstances. The Park’s heavy trans-loading service is the only one in North Alabama with the capability to handle the heavy loads required by their customers (over 200 tons)

The industrial park also has 42,500 square feet of office space for lease in two office buildings located at the front of the park. A single story modern office building and a two-story brick office building can accommodate general office needs.

Industrial space for lease can be leased in bays as large as 250,000 square feet and as small as 5,000 square feet.
